Lunar Calendar) is our Chinese New Year. Therefore, we would like to mail you

On the card Ms. Chen wrote some Chinese words
which mean in English, “As the New Year begins, let us also start anew.” We stick a NT dollar on the card because the dollar and the year are homonyms in Chinese.
